Shipping policy

We do ship worldwide! USA shipping standard rates only. Bucket Hoodie, it’s owners, affiliates, managers, or anyone other than the shipper is responsible for lost or damaged goods. The damaged product should be reported to us and the shipping authority immediately. In some circumstances, we may replace the item at our discretion. The damaged product needs to be reported to Bucket Hoodie LLC within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to be eligible for replacement if warranted. ALL replacements are exclusively limited to the discretion of Bucke Hoodie. You agree to these terms when your purchase is made. We will make every attempt to work with the customer on a damaged shipping product.
